Mechanism for Registration, Promotion, and Sales in The Virtual Warung

From the Creator Side

1. Creator Account Activation

• The Creator registers and is verified on the Buylink platform.
• After approval, the Creator obtains access to the Dashboard and Virtual Warung feature.

2. Virtual Warung Setup

• The Creator selects and activates the Virtual Snack catalog.
• The Creator can set the warung display, unique name, and greeting message for supporters.

3. Virtual Warung Promotion

• The Creator shares the Virtual Warung link on social media, bio, or during live streaming.

4. Supporters Conduct Jajan

• Supporters purchase snacks through the Creator's Virtual Warung.
• The Creator receives real-time notifications or transaction reports on the dashboard.

From the Supporter Side

1. Access to the Virtual Warung

• Supporters open the Virtual Warung link from the Creator they wish to support.

2. Choose Snacks (Jajanan)

• Supporters choose snack icons (digital visuals such as ice cream, coffee, snacks, etc.) according to the nominal amount.

3. Conduct a Transaction

• Payment is made through the Buylink Payment Gateway.
• After successful payment, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

4. History

• Jajan history can be seen on the user dashboard.
