Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure outside Buylink's authority and control such that Buylink cannot carry out its obligations, including natural disasters, electricity disruptions, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, and other matters outside Buylink's authority and control, the User therefore agrees to release Buylink from any claims if Buylink cannot fulfill its obligations either in part or in whole due to Force Majeure.
