Prohibitions in Use

By using Buylink services, Users agree not to do the following:

1. Violate laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
2. Violate the rights of other parties, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or intellectual property.
3. Upload or share content that contains elements of:

• Pornography or explicit sexual content.
• Graphic violence.
• SARA, hate speech, discrimination, or provocative content.
• Fraud, lies, or misleading information.

4. Use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities such as carding, money laundering, data manipulation, or system exploitation.
5. Misuse the content/works of others, including piracy and copyright infringement.
6. Conduct harmful technical activities, such as searching for security gaps, attempting to access systems without permission, or other cyber actions.

Buylink has the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, block access, and/or report to the authorities if a violation of these provisions is found.
