Mechanism for Registration, Promotion, and Sale of e-Merchandise Products

1. Account Registration and Activation

The Creator is required to register and fill in complete data on the Buylink platform. After the data is verified and the validation process is completed, the Creator's account will be activated so that it can use Buylink services.

2. Uploading e-Merchandise Products

The Creator uploads e-Merchandise products through the Buylink dashboard.

3. Product Review and Approval

Buylink will conduct an examination of the uploaded e-Merchandise content within a maximum period of 3 (three) business days. Approved products may be sold on the Buylink web portal.

4. Personalized e-Merchandise Products

For e-Merchandise products that are customized or personalized, the Creator is required to deliver the product to the buyer within a maximum period of 3 (three) calendar days after the transaction occurs.

5. Product Promotion

The Creator uses the account and unique link provided by Buylink to promote products through social media or other platforms in accordance with the applicable provisions.

6. Purchase Transaction

The Buyer conducts a product purchase transaction through the Creator's link on the Buylink platform.

7. Buylink Commission from e-Merchandise Transactions

For each successful e-Merchandise product transaction, Buylink has the right to obtain a commission of 10% (ten percent) of the e-Merchandise price.

8. Supporters who purchase e-Merchandise products receive Buylink Points of 0.1% of the e-Merchandise price
