Transactions, Digital Wallets, and Refunds
- Buylink cooperates with Payment Gateway services, such as payment portals. Buylink does not support or provide any guarantee regarding any Payment Gateway services. Use of Payment Gateway services is subject to separate terms and conditions, and Users are responsible for reviewing, agreeing to, and complying with them.
- For every failed transaction, the Buyer will receive a notification to the registered WhatsApp number. Refunds for failed transactions will be returned into Buylink Points and have been deducted by the Payment Gateway service fee in accordance with the Payment Gateway's terms and conditions.
- For every pending transaction, Users can check periodically on the Buylink Website/Mobile Web and wait for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours.
- Any obstacles and/or losses arising related to transactions due to failure of the Payment Gateway system will not be Buylink's responsibility.
