Definitions
- Buylink is PT Indobest Artha Kreasi, a limited liability company that carries out web portal service business activities of Buylink.
- Website is the website www.idol.buylink.id owned by Buylink which can be accessed via desktop site and/or mobile web based on Android iPhone Operating System (iOS).
- Virtual Warung (Warung Virtual) is a digital storefront provided by Buylink as a means for Creators to display and sell Snacks (Jajanan) to Supporters. The Virtual Warung enables Supporters to conduct Jajan transactions as a form of direct support to the Creator.
- Jajan is a symbol of support from Supporters to Creators carried out by purchasing Tip Units. The nominal value of Jajan that can be carried out by Supporters through QRIS is a minimum of IDR 1,000 (one thousand rupiah) and a maximum of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) per transaction. Snack transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded, and Buylink has the right to receive a commission for this service.
- Tip Unit (Unit Tip) is a visual representation in the form of an icon available in the Snack Warung (Warung Jajan) and can be purchased by Supporters as a form of support to Creators. Each Tip Unit is virtual and does not represent physical goods or real services. Tip Units are offered through the Snack Warung and function as a symbol of appreciation that is sent voluntarily by Supporters to Creators.
- Dashboard is a page used by the Second Party to manage e-merchandise products (including but not limited to uploading new products) and to monitor sales data in real-time.
- User is a party that uses Buylink services, including but not limited to Supporters, Creators, and other parties who visit Buylink services.
- Creator (Kreator) is a user who conducts live broadcasts (live streaming) through a digital platform to interact in real-time with Supporters through chat features, comments, or other interactive media. The Creator may offer and sell digital products directly to other Users through Buylink services.
- Supporter is a follower or fan who participates in live broadcasts (live streaming) carried out by the Streamer through a digital platform. Supporters may interact in real-time with the Streamer and/or make purchases of products offered by the Streamer, including e-Merchandise products.
- Payment Gateway is a payment service that cooperates with Buylink to support Buylink's systems and services, including but not limited to receiving and refunding funds.
- Product is a tangible or intangible (digital) object that can be delivered through the Buylink system to the Buyer.
- Buylink Point is a form of non-cash incentive given by Buylink to Users as compensation for each Successful Transaction carried out. These points can be used by Users to conduct subsequent transactions within the Buylink ecosystem, in accordance with the applicable provisions. Buylink Points cannot be cashed out or transferred, unless otherwise determined by Buylink.
- e-Merchandise is a form of digital product marketed by the Creator through the Buylink platform and can be accessed by Users to be purchased and downloaded electronically.
