Rights of Personal Data Subjects

Buylink is committed to fulfilling the User's rights as a Personal Data Subject to obtain information regarding the User's Personal Data that has been collected and processed by Buylink. The User may request Buylink to correct, complete, update, or delete the User's Personal Data under Buylink's control, subject to applicable laws and regulations. However, Buylink may reject the User's request, among others, if permitted under applicable laws and regulations or if the User's request conflicts with prevailing legal interests.
