Disclosure of Personal Data

Buylink may disclose the User's Personal Data to Buylink Merchants or other parties cooperating with Buylink in order to carry out the purposes of Personal Data processing as referred to in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy. Where Buylink discloses the User's Personal Data to Buylink Merchants or other cooperating parties, Buylink will consistently require such Buylink Merchants or other cooperating parties to maintain the confidentiality and security of the User's Personal Data in accordance with applicable regulations.
