Retention of Personal Data

Buylink retains data in accordance with Buylink's data retention provisions. For example, Buylink will store the User's Personal Data for a certain period from the time the User interacts with Buylink. Buylink may retain the User's Personal Data beyond the specified period if required for legal purposes, to assist in detecting crime, to respond to requests from regulators or authorized authorities, and for other purposes. The User's Personal Data is retained for as long as its collection purpose remains necessary for legal purposes or other business interests. If Buylink no longer requires information related to the User's Personal Data, Buylink may delete the User's Personal Data in accordance with Buylink's applicable provisions.
