Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Buylink will process Personal Data obtained and/or collected by Buylink for the following purposes.

To implement Customer Due Diligence (CDD) principles in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and Prevention of Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (AML-CFT and PF-PWMD);
To resolve any issues related to the User's access to Buylink services;
To follow up on any complaints regarding Buylink services;
To evaluate, improve, and/or update Buylink service features from time to time;
To offer advertisements/promotions and marketing related to Buylink services;
Other purposes as permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations.
